The Great Ocean Road - Accommodation

The Resort - umm, Hotel - umm, Motel - umm, Cottage - umm, well Accommodation we stayed at was interesting. Apparently, 4 1/2 stars means something very different in Australia, but at least the animals were really cool. We actually slept so close to the animals that we could hear them much of the night and very early in the morning. We fed wallabies (even an albino one that looked suspiciously like a very large rat), wombats, kangaroos, and koalas. Brooklyn dropped each of the cones she had whenever the animals started eating from them.

The things you guys get to do are awesome. Do the animals lick your hand or use their teeth to eat. Do you buy special food for the koalas than you do the wallabees? I want to pet a koala. Can't wait.

Looks like you found the same retreat we went to. Wombat Cottage wasn't exactly the most luxurious place to stay, but we thought the animals made it worth it.

It's good to be home, but it's fun seeing what you guys are up to back in Oz.
