Mardi Gras


We went to a Mardi Gras Party at the home of one of John's colleagues. We enjoyed a brilliant feast of muffaletta sandwiches, red beans and rice, gumbo, and this amazing seafood boil. The food and friends were fantastic.

I love the seafood. I want to do that. I can't believe you ate it even with the wasp in the food.

How fun to just toss it all together and boil it up. It looked very festive and colorful. Did the kids eat it too?
